Once we secure the right resort, we contact them to secure your dates and any special requests for your big day. We take care of reaching out to the hotel to make sure that everything can be secured for you.
We will then secure a room block rate for your anticipated number of guests.
What is the best way to communicate with my destination wedding guests?
Our next step is building a personalized website for you for your destination wedding. A destination wedding website ensures that all guests have all information in one place.
Once all of the information is gathered and you have secured your date, you will work directly with the resort’s wedding coordinator and ourselves in order to make sure the day of ceremony is as smooth and memorable an experience as possible.
Does Northcutt Travel take care of all destination wedding guests?
Yes, all of the destinations wedding guests will be taken care of directly and individually from our team at Northcutt Travel.
