Travel has always been a constant in my life. Some of my best childhood memories were visiting Hawaii, and getting in the RV and going to Yosemite. I was fortunate enough to have lived in Europe for 4 years and that gave me many opportunities to discover much of Europe from Greece to Norway. I’m always seeking out new adventures, from the tropics to the mountains, from world cruises to Road trips, from Iceland to St Lucia. What I have found is that I enjoy sharing travel with others almost as much as traveling myself. Creating a trip that someone really enjoys I have found to be very rewarding and makes me seek out the details that can make all the difference.

I’ve called this the Hawaiian sampler as they have one of the few itineraries that stay in the islands. From snorkeling with sea turtles and sharks in Maui, to what I can only call a spiritual experience on top of Maura Kea after dark witnessing millions of stars on the Big Island, this trip produced so many memories that we still tell people about today.

Since I went, I’ve been trying to get back and do this trip again but with the land tours. There wasn’t a day on this trip that wasn’t stunning just sitting out the balcony and watching the scenery. The highlight was taking kayaks out into the water and accidentally coming close to some whales feeding. This was an unbelievable experience I only wish others could have.

I was younger but still remember the ruins, and finding a sense of history you don’t get in the US. We even found ruins that allowed us to go down into and explore, and to this day I regret not having a flash light with me to go past the entrance. If I’m ever back in Athens, one of the first things I am doing is going to be finding a Gyro street vendor. Some of the best food I’ve ever had.
